Because the brew water is run through a heat exchange system, you can brew coffee and steam milk at the same time - no more brewing coffee and then waiting to superheat the boiler for steam. The large removable 2.3litre water tank means you will not be constantly having to re-fill the tank after a few drinks. This machine does not have a hot water outlet.
