Wega Nova Ale 3 group lever espresso machine

The Wega Nova Ale is a traditional Italian espresso coffee machine, with Lever operated brew groups for making espresso coffee, by pulling the lever down you release water into the coffee in the group handle and also build the required extraction pressure of 9 bar. Standard machine is for connecting to the mains water supply and electricity supply. Optional gas plant can allow the boiler to be heated by gas or electricity or both at the same time. This machine is ideal for use in Coffee Carts, Trailors and Mobile Coffee outlets because it can be run from gas with no electricity required at all (You will however have to obtain a pump to force water into the boiler as its level drops or use a flowjet pump powered by a 12v battery). For the gas plant option, you will have to have the gas plant connected to your gas bottle by a Corgi registered gas fitter, we do not provide any support for the gas plant option.
